A GitHub repo empty except for a placeholder README and a license file… and a Windows executable release?!!
You’re a regular in this community and have presented some very interesting things here, including a previous offering in the desktop space, TiddlyWiki.app. But that’s not enough for me to trust an arbitrary .exe, nor to trust that your account hasn’t been hacked.
Unlike Titch, I believe I know exactly what this is for, based on the description, but your post offers me absolutely no reason to try it, and the bare .exe offers me plenty of reasons to run the other way.
