Thanks, @telumire I have that, I should have being clearer, He used to publish a “Plugin Library” you could use in Get More Plugins.
I linked to the tiddler with the link to add his plugin library but I should have tested it, it doesnt work anymore The link in question: TiddlyWiki library for plugins by Tobias Beer

Weird, I get this error:
EDIT: works in chrome but not firefox. Maybe one of my addons is blocking the library because it comes from an http url ?

Yeah, I think I can even rename the C from “Chinese” to “Community”, so it can be our Community PL V0, until we have a more powerful nodejs based CPL V1, then we deprecate the v0… @jeremyruston
Yes, CPL → Community plugin library is more semantic with respect of plugins/thems/… in this repository.
