I asked a question last summer on how use a more natural color for tags in Tiddlywiki. See

TiddlyWiki now allows to set a color through a config tiddler without touching any of styles or core tiddlers. Thank you TiddlyWiki Cascades

Howto

1. Create a tiddler called: $:/config/DefaultTiddlerColour
2. In the body of above tiddler, enter any color you like, for example #cccccc50
