Request for Tiddler Cover

I like to apply a cover to tiddlers through a conditional mechanism like

1. A view template to apply cover if a tiddler for example is tagged with cover
2. Or a class through class field

A cover is an image of any type that fill the whole width of tiddler but has a certain height!
So a tiddler with cover likes

• Image
• Title bar
• Subtitle
• Tags
• …
