Pet Shop Boys discography in TiddlyWiki

Just came across this very well designed discography of the the Pet Shop Boys, thanks to @Ste_W for adding it to his bookmarks for TiddlyWikiLinks: https://psbdedicated30.tiddlyhost.com: links.tiddlywiki.com — TiddlyWiki community links

I wonder what would be a good forum tag for such things? It’s not quite an “edition” (which to me implies a re-usable template of some sort).

Wikis in the Wild doesn’t have quite the right tone I think. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: Showcase? Gallery?

I do like Showcase .

I suggested “Use Cases” or “Case Studies” when I was looking at the WooCommerce one.

“Showcase” works, too, perhaps, and is broader for all sorts of things.

Let’s try a poll!

I’ve gone with showcases
Can I just encourage others to contribute to the wiki list https://links.tiddlywiki.com/ more of us that contribute the more useful it becomes. More bookmarked sites will rise to the top.
A quick https://tiddlyhost.com/ wiki and a message to @jeremyruston should get you started!

Exactly. Your own bookmarks end up organized and you benefit from what others save.

Yes absolutely! Can you write up a “getting started with links” and post it here? Or point to an existing one?

And is there a way to not have Jeremy be a bottleneck?

And: Discourse can be used as “comments” — so it might be interesting to create an RSS feed of links and syndicate them here which will help with discovery, search — and commentary!

A federated model and generally using TW for what it’s good at and using Discourse for … discourse!

Adding a site to TiddlyWikiLinks involves creating a PR on Github. There are several community members, myself included, that would be happy to do so on behalf of others.

Eventually we would like to have a form on the TiddlyWikiLinks site itself, that community members can use to submit their bookmarks wikis as discussed in this Github issue. As of yet this hasn’t been a priority since requests to add new sites are very rare.

RSS, funny you should mention that now. Just yesterday I was thinking that an RSS feed of links added to TiddlyWikiLinks could be nice to have.
