How to make Tiddlywiki an installable PWA (Progressive Web App)

I want to share a way I found to make Tiddlywiki installable as PWA, this allow for example to have Tiddlywiki as “app” on the smartphone. This is not very dissimilar from having a bookmark but it suit me better. my old sw plugin have bugs, I’m cinsider switch to this in TidGi.

is it on CPL?

Tidgi shouldn’t need this, right? Isn’t it already an app? If it is for an online website, this plugin only provides the required files.

TidGi 's default template have gh-pages feature, so I mean become pwa after released to gh-pages.
