Lost some tiddlers

They’re still there in the HTML and at first glance at least one is a sensible looking JSON object but do not appear under the “All” tab, are not findable by search or keywords.

One of them is just a single bulleted list.

It’s rather worrying and I’m still investigating.

UPDATE: Appears to be only when viewed on my 2010 MacBook Pro and its outdated Safari.

If your wiki has an “all tab” … this seems likely to be a wiki originally developed in TW Classic? If so, I wonder whether there’s any formatting or other complications for whom backward-compatibility is beginning to fail?

If you have the exact title use advanced search and check system, shadows etc… as well.

If you can see the content in the html copy that out for safety.

  • Usually you see the title listed than after the title and content
  • Titles can also be found elsewhere even if the tiddler does not exist, eg lists
  • Ensuring automatic backups means you can open a backup, find the previous tiddlers and drag them to the current version.
