YouTube Error 153 when using utube simple annotations

I have been using the tools in utube simple annotations for some time. Recently I have run into a problem where I get: “Error 153 Video Player Configuration Error”. I get this error on Windows 11 running FIrefox 152. I have tried in other browsers with same result. On Android I do not experience this error.

Any thoughts on how to remedy?

I cannot reproduce this - do you see this with all youtube videos, if not can you give a link to one that does.
