You can use echarts instead.
D3 is Data-Driven Document, this concept is replaced by React and Vue.
D3 is also a community of visualization, which might already beaten by Echarts.
If you want to write new vis, use react, if use existing vis template, use echarts.
I have been able to get the eCharts Focus/“Brain” demo to work, but am not sure how to make use of the packed circle example. I would like a graph view that uses the packed circles to represent the relations among my different tiddlers, but am unsure how to proceed. Any suggestions would be very appreciated, but if not, thanks for responding to my post 
Have you find a demo on echarts official website? (Not tw-echarts)
You will basically copy demos from it.
