As you can see in the img. When I copy a image from web(right click on image then copy image), and paste it in tw. I get two import items.
What I want is just the first one, how to auto remove the second one ?

When you copy an image from the web, there is some HTML that comes along with the image from the browser, and this is why you get two items when trying to import. You can safely ignore the one called Untitled and import just the image.
If you paste into a tiddler open for editing in TW, you will only get the image in the import dialogue.
And if you copy some text and rather than paste it into an edit field, just ctrl-v on the wiki the pasted content is placed in an “untitled” tiddler for import.
I’ve heard that clipboard will save several different format of the same content, maybe tw recognized two version of the image, and let you choose which to import.
I haven’t looked into this for a while but agree that it is frustrating behaviour, and would be worth investigating and fixing if we can.
