I have just noticed some thing that seems odd to me. When I view a tiddler that displays the contents of a PDF file,
- in Firefox and Google Chrome, the display is headed by a PDF ‘tool’ bar
- in Safari or DuckDuckGo, this ‘tool’ bar is missing.
I can display the pdf in Preview using a contextual menu option and so a tool bar is available that way.
Is this normal or has something changed? I have not updated my TW installation recently.

Maybe you can try the edge browser to open your single file tiddlywiki
This is what my (latest version 5.3.3) tiddlywiki looked like when I opened it in the edge browser

In FF and probably Chrome the PDF-toolbar is part of the browser native PDF viewer. That’s probably not the case in the other browsers.
I only use FF and Edge - so I do not know how other browsers handle PDFs.
You can install 3rd Party PDF viewers that change the viewer within the browsers, I don’t know about Safari or DuckDuckGo
I often install “FoxIt PDF reader” on my system.
Thanks everyone for your feedback.
