Updating BobEXE for TiddlyWiki 5.2.1

(the link to the new release is below)

BACK UP YOUR WIKIS

I did just enough to build BobEXE with TiddlyWiki 5.2.1 because it has been over a year since I released the last version.

BACK UP YOUR WIKIS

I haven’t done much testing with this, it is just updating the tiddlywiki version so it is very much a beta.

Did I mention, BACK UP YOUR WIKIS???

While I have been using Bob daily since the last release I haven’t been able to do much work, but here is the changelog.

!! Version 1.7.3 BETA Intense Kitten

  • Fix an error that caused crashes when a folder didn’t exist when expected
  • Fix some file server bugs that prevented it from working in some cases
** tweak the way wiki specific files work

!! Version 1.7.2 Puppies and Kittens

  • Put the proxyprefix setting back in so that links to other wikis are generated correctly when using a reverse proxy
  • Removed the ability to create wikis in arbitrary locations for security reasons
  • Make sure wikis in the browser are disconnected if the wiki is deleted from the server
  • Fix a bug that didn’t properly parse variables in a macro
  • Use the proper function to find available languages
  • Re-add the ability to create a wiki from a single file wiki, at some point it was removed
  • Update where the wiki looks for the host to determine if the wikis are shared on the local network or not
  • Fix a bug introduced into action-updatesetting that broke a lot of things
  • Update the http api documentation
  • update the http api paths to make them more consistent

Hi, Nice work!
May be at the end of the post you forgot to mention: BACK UP YOUR WIKIS

PS: It’s good to see, that others are also a bit “paranoid” about their new … less tested apps.
