[tw5] Contents in sidebar not showing up

Hello all,
sorry if has been discussed before but couldn’t find it in search. I am using 5.3.4 version and for some reason not able to get the “Table of Contents” to show up in sidebar. I followed the instructions precisely: https://tiddlywiki.com/#Adding%20a%20table%20of%20contents%20to%20the%20sidebar

Capitalization matters! The correct tag is “$:/tags/SideBar”.

P.S. The active TiddlyWiki group discussion site has moved to https://talk.tiddlywiki.org
It uses a “discourse” server, which provides many more features than GoogleGroups.
