We recently intended to translate the book into Chinese, but I’m not sure if there are copyright issues here. And we may rewrite some of the content in it. If there is a copyright issue, please let us know and we will stop work on it.
Another point is that we also intend to translate the developer documentation. If there is a copyright issue with this, please let us know as well. Another question is whether the documentation is in html or nodejs. It would be much easier to translate the nodejs version.
See chapter 18 for resources, I am not sure that “Tiddlywiki for developers” has kept pase with upgrades, unless it steers away from the things that change a lot and addresses only core mechanisiums.
As is always the case with such published works you need to look at its currency, For example the recent release of TW5.3.0 is a step change especialy before undertaking a translation.
My own quick scan reveals areas in need of more content
Those parts can be used elsewhere, normally I use MIT License, but here I just wrote the chapter to be of a little help with no license. I don’t know if the book itself has any license.
