Tooltip, popup and floating UI in Tiddlywiki

  1. I wish to have something like this in Tiddlywiki core! If not as a plugin!

  1. popup and floating UI do not work as expected in Tiddlywiki. The above tiny library has an MIT license, and it has very small footprint!

I would also like to see the improvements prototyped in Mentat make it into the core. Still lost in server-dev atm, tho. (sigh, another complete refactor, but I got rid of all the race conditions!)
