The screenshot is in Chinese, but it has an English localization built-in.

Con:

  1. only works in TidGi-Desktop, because it needs the Git binary and TidGi’s API to work.
  2. Loading a long history list may take up to 10 seconds (like in the screenshot). I load history three years ago take this time.

Pro:

  1. The history data is stored in Git and Git is prebuild-in TidGi, so it won’t increase Wiki size. 100 revision only take up 1 size in the wiki (data stored in .git is not loaded into wiki ,so won’t make wiki loading slow down)
  2. It is backed up automatically in TidGi, it’s configurable and defaults to 30 minutes.
  3. When you publish your wiki as an open blog, other people can’t see your history, so you can hide your dark history.
