TiddyWiki with file on a Synology NAS and WebDav (FireFox)

Hi there,
I can access the wiki with URL https://MyNas.local:5006/Docs/Wikis/MyWiki.html
But when I try to save changes I most often get following error:

Error while saving:
File changed on server

(But no other user is changing the file).
Any idea about the reason and what to do to get the changes saved via WebDav?? I have searched the internet but not found a solution so far. There seams to be similar problem on other WebDav servers, but it can be resolved by some tricky configuration hacks - but I have no idea how to configure the Synology WebDav server apart from some settings available at the DMS. Thanks for any hint or solution. Regards dx05

I had the same error message when I tried to follow the webdav setup tutorial from pmario, and along the way I managed to make it works. It was a while ago though so I dont remember what I did (just following more closely his instructions), but maybe his tutorial will give you the solution : 01 Intro - How to use TiddlyWiki with IIS and WebDAV - YouTube

@dx05

If only you open that file, ie if you have file save access, even on a LAN drive you can simply use Timimi as your saver.

I have being doing this myself for some time on my own local synology. While I am working on a way to protect myself from opening it in different tabs/browsers at the same time a work around is to turn the wiki into an application icon using Chrome or FireFox perhaps other browsers to make a shortcut/open in window, and only access with that icon.

I will look at using webdav on synology in time.
