TiddlyWiki detox - as and algorithm platform

May be not off topic, and not fun for some. But I was away from TiddlyWiki due to being “in the bush” for a few days. One thing that bubbled to the top of my mind is TiddlyWiki is a platform on which you can implement most algorithms you come across. especially for personal productivity and organisation, just observe a trend or fad and bring it into tiddlywiki. It is so good at it that sometimes you need to look outside the box / tiddlywiki.

  • For me of late, outside the box, has being chatGPT and kin, but then I save the output in a tiddlywiki and it becomes a searchable database.

An example algorithm is that we see operating in Google Keep lists. Just start typing a todo item and it will list previous todo items (now complete) that you can except or just keep typing to create a new one.

  • It would be quite easy to track when and how often each item is done to find most recently used, most commonly used, mean time between use etc…
