Stroll update 3-29-2022

Hi everyone

I just updated Stroll (the Stroll tutorial site and the empty Stroll file)

  1. updated to TiddlyWiki version 5.2.2
  2. updated $:/.giffmex/.Stylesheet4Stroll to account for a CSS glitch related to 5.2.2.
  3. added the Resizeable sidebar plugin
  4. updated the Recent Updates tiddler to the tutorial site.
