In my quest to move a few projects from my “Active” pile – “Stacks” is one of my very early “plugins.” I did not originally write it as a plugin, just a viewtemplate, but it eventually took on enough functionality that I decided I would package it one day… that’s today!
As a plugin, this is extremely rough – extra emphasis on “back up,” aka “don’t blame me,” if something goes wrong with it.
I will likely return to it one of these days to clean it up and add some additional functionality (heck, I haven’t even extracted some of my custom macros).
The whole point of this demo, other than clearing my brain-plate for the spring, is to expand the way we think about stream-nodes, this time as a stack of cards one can sort through.
I believe in doing so we can identify really unique opportunities to increase its functionality by reframing the relationship between nodes, and building functionality around that framing which would translate across a nodes existence.
