Yep. To me, it’s a “todo” about the content. Once the todo is removed, it should all be removed, without leaving a trace it was ever there.
Gotcha. That doesn’t fit my original use-case, but I can see that. Given that it’s not a bug, rather a different feature, I don’t think I’ll change it, but you’re welcome to build on top of it. I actually don’t use this plugin myself anymore - I ended up going a much different direction for todos entirely - will eventually come back to packaging it as a different plugin - it’s based mostly on how Logseq does it.
I would be interested in see that, I really enjoy the way that logseq handle todos
