Yes. I still agree with Eric’s comment from the other thread that eventually all the relevant content changing widgets should gain that option. Useful in the context of tools built to perform “maintenance” operations to tiddlers. Probably slightly less relevant on the edit widget, but for consistency it makes a lot of sense to me.
Actually since we can now edit the current tiddler, its text and fields directly, and fieldnames are much more open I think the relevance to the “edit-text” widget will increase.
