FYI - Quine 3 for iOS is now available in the Apple App Store.
This is a rewrite of the Quine 2 - work which started a a couple of years ago and went through a few evolutions as a mix of new core iOS technologies emerged and matured.
This version is built for iOS 26.0 and above, taking advantage of iOS 26.0 interface changes as well as making Quine more useful and performant in multi-window and multiple screen environments. It should also serve as a foundation for revisions over the next few cycles of iOS evolution.
I’ll be dropping TiddlyWiki v5.4.0 into an update of Quine 3 as soon as v5.4.0 is released.
Please be sure to backup / copy your LOCAL “Quine” files before deleting “Quine 2”. “Quine 3” creates an adjacent local storage area named “Quine”, indicated by the new “Quine 3” logo.
And re a macOS version - I’m holding off for now as there is already a development thread here around TiddlyWiki for desktop, including macOS - and my intention with Quine is really only to fill gaps.
