This thread was split off of https://talk.tiddlywiki.org/t/tufte-style-in-tiddlywiki-for-better-readability/4681/12, presumably to make it a community wiki instead of an ongoing discussion. The post you mention was there.
Now that thread is in a very confused state, and much content is not visible, with most topics looking like
<div class="cloaked-post" id="post_30" style="min-height: 190.427px">
Update: It seems to be working again.
Last I saw, the content of one of your posts had been blocked. I looked at it and agreed with whoever had blocked it. It seemed inappropriate to me too.
Likely was. I should have done it differently!
Purely a personal miff (huff) at folk presenting Tufte visual design I thought v. inappropriately.
But, both @Mohammad and @JanJo I do think are great Twikians.
The result will be I will stay stumm on this issue—even if I feel it matters.
Ergo done,

I know, that you use ALL UPPERCASE in some of your posts as a measure to make text stand out. I think we have had some discussion – some time ago.
IMO it’s OK for HTML eg: DIV tags, TLAs and brand names, that require it.
On the other hand, for many users it still means shouting and even one word can “feel” offensive.
I also prefer bold, emphasized text or plain text over ALL UPPERCASE.
Just some thoughts.
