Query: Is There An "Online Empty"?

I been playing around with iframes. Specifically in relation to building a wiki via drag-&-drop.

At the moment I download an empty then open it in an iframe and then drag to it.

But, since TW is very robust, there would be fewer steps if could just open an “online empty” in an iframe, drag to it and then save.

My query: is there already an online empty?

When you press the “Download Empty” button, it gives you a file from this URL:

Note that there is also an “empty” for the current pre-release:
