Hello. I’ve made a port of MikeMcl’s arbitrary-precision decimal library, decimal.js (decimal.js API), for TiddlyWiki as a javascript macro-library.
How could I share this with others?

One way is to share the repo (on GitHub). If possible, pack the import as a plugin and let people drag and drop the plugin to their wiki! Gatha Studio is simple tool to help you do with that.
Hello jamesmclellan,
If you are not using Github, you can also share it on a https://tiddlyhost.com/ site and post a link to your plugin in this forum.
An aditional step would be to share it in links.tiddlywiki.org — TiddlyWiki community links but this also requires a github account.
