Planning for the release of v5.3.2

The planned schedule for the release of v5.3.2 is as follows:

• Monday 13th November 2023 - PR merging freeze, apart from docs and bug fixes. This is also when I will kick off the banner artwork competition
• Monday 27th November 2023 - Release of v5.3.2

I am hoping to merge the following PRs before the freeze:
