I occasionally run into the issue of editing and saving a tiddler, and then realizing that I actually liked what I wrote before better. Usually, I just go off memory and rewrite what I previously wrote. I host my wiki on TiddlyHost and I know that it has version history for an entire wiki, but that is kind of overkill if I just want to revert one tiddler. (And since I don’t have auto-save feature on. I sometimes can’t even use the version history that TiddlyHost provides.)
To solve this problem I am trying to use the per-tiddler revision history plugin from this wiki : http://j.d.revisions.tiddlyspot.com/. My problem is that this plugin isn’t working correctly for me. It saves the revision history for some tiddler and not others, and sometimes it doesn’t even save all revision histories. I can’t really find a pattern. Below are my setting for the plugin:
I was also wondering what other options people use for version history on a per-tiddler basis (e.g. not Git).
