Notebook Theme is not available

I wanted to give the Notebook theme a try as I believe it has several components that I would like to use. However, when I click on the link to the theme’s page, I get an error message saying “Page Not Found”. I went to the author’s home page but was not able to find anything about Tiddlywiki. I have also found the GitHub page and downloaded the master files, but cannot work out how to install the zip file. Can anyone help with this please?
