Naming convention of external images

Hello community,

I’m using a single-file-wiki. To keep size small, I’ve started to use external images.
The images are located in a folder images and the _canonical_uri starts with images\notizbuch.
Loading of images is fine, with only one exception so far:
When I tried to load an external image which is named molex-stecker-farben_3_5.gif, a broken link is presented. After I renamed the image to molex-stecker-farben-klein.gif it is being displayed right.
The type of the tiddler was always set to image/gif and it is tagged with “img”.

So I am wondering if there is a naming convention for external images which conflicts with the first name molex-stecker-farben_3_5.gif?
Has anyone made similar experiences?

Guesswork. Have you tried without the underscores in the name. I have had problems with those.

Good “guesswork”, @Birthe! :+1:
The underscore causes this behaviour indeed.
At least I can reproduce it when using a _ within the name.

Lesson learned, I will avoid it.
Thank you for the advice!
