In TiddlyWiki, words in CamelCase become links. Everyone is so used to it that it’s easy to forget someone new might not recognize that the word was not meant as a link. It should probably be tweaked to help reduce confusion. Internally, the word can be tweaked by adding a tilde in front.

This particular problem is actually not an instance of automatic CamelCase linking.
The source content in GettingStarted is explicitly enclosed in square brackets ([[Tiddlyhost]]
), which is forcing it to be a link even though “Tiddlyhost” is not an existing tiddler.
The quickest fix would be to just remove those square brackets. Alternatively – and perhaps more useful – would be to change to a pretty link: [[Tiddlyhost|Saving on TiddlyHost]]
