Welcome DaComboMan!

In TiddlyWiki, words in CamelCase become links. Everyone is so used to it that it’s easy to forget someone new might not recognize that the word was not meant as a link. It should probably be tweaked to help reduce confusion. Internally, the word can be tweaked by adding a tilde in front.

This particular problem is actually not an instance of automatic CamelCase linking.

The source content in GettingStarted is explicitly enclosed in square brackets ([[Tiddlyhost]]), which is forcing it to be a link even though “Tiddlyhost” is not an existing tiddler.

The quickest fix would be to just remove those square brackets. Alternatively – and perhaps more useful – would be to change to a pretty link: [[Tiddlyhost|Saving on TiddlyHost]]
