If you want to write a TiddlyWiki plugin, talking directly to it is currently the best option.
Here is a tiddlywiki plugin for web lock screen written by devin. It takes less than 20 seconds. Except for some minor problems, everything else is quite accurate.

Note that this plugin is just a simple lock screen page, not a real lock screen. It cannot really protect your data privacy.
