How do I manually install a plugin on my iPhone (Safari)? The drag & drop thing isn’t working for me or maybe I’m not doing it right. I’d really appreciate some help. Thanks.

How do I do that? Where do I find the file?
Since you say “manually install”, I assume you mean a third party plugin, not an official one (which you can install without needing to drag-and-drop, by simply opening the plugin library in Control Panel, and tapping on it)?
To activate plugins, for most of them, you need to save the wiki and then reload. There should be a save and reload message, if reload is needed.
