Is it possible to create a tiddler level table of contents for wikitext tiddlers

This is tiddler level table of contents for markdown tiddlers based on plug in by cdruan

Is it possible to create a similar tiddler level table of contents for wikitext tiddlers which float to the right side of tiddler body like in the picture shown above?

I am aware of PageTOC plug in which has a viewtoolbar button showing TOC. This plug in also has CurrentTiddlerTOC option . Can this CurrentTiddlerTOC be used to float the TOC to the right of the tiddler body

For any given tiddler, you can put the following at the start of its tiddler text:

@@float:right;<$page-toc emptyMessage="Empty TOC"/>@@

Is it possible to use a viewtemplate instead of typing it at the start of each tiddler
