Integrating TW into a Wordpress site

This might be an odd question. I have a Wordpress site and also have a TW project (a sort of directory) that I can, of course, create a static site from. Now I don’t want to replace my Wordpress site but I would like to import the TW content into Wordpress in some ‘seamless’ way.

Reading up suggests that iframe is now not a good idea. Thoughts on the approaches I might use, please.

Thanks.

Hi @myfta integrating WordPress and TiddlyWiki should be possible in a variety of ways.

  • I think the main issue with iframe, is when you are attempting it cross domain, if you keep it in the same domain it should be OK.

Because a TiddlyWiki single file is a HTML file using Javascript and CSS and exists at a URL address, it can be integrated in anyway any other html page or website can be integrated. There are a lot of resource’s, last time Looked for this kind of integration.

  • As can any static files tiddlywiki creates, but then they are static only.

This “integrating WordPress and TiddlyWiki” is a larger subject with many posibilities.
