Install a Plugin Requires Tiddlywiki 5.2.2 on a Tiddlywiki of older version

Some plugins have Required TW Core version field. For example Utility plugin requires TW 5.2.2+
But Tiddlywiki ignores this and one can install a plugin which requires TW 5.2.2 on a TW of version 5.1.23

Is there any solution for this? Is there anyway TW refuses installing a plugin which needs a higher version of core?

At present the core version requirement specified in the field is ignored. This is an area that needs attention and the core version mismatch should also be flagged when installing a plugin via a plugin library.

Perhaps rathe than refuse; it could install it in a disabled state such that we can then look at modifying it to work if we wish?
