I was unable to locate the bar.
Is this a plugin or can someone turn this into a plugin?

It was hard to find because it does not look like wikitext.
It needs a reload and is solo en espanol so far.

Too bad the button for reading produces compressed audio – so sped-up that it is garbled. The related resource you found (thanks!) has the font display modifications interface, but not the audio… At some point, I’m curious to poke around.
