How to install Commander Plugin?

Hi everyone!!
I come with a new question. I’m having problems to install the Commander plugin.
I’am using the command.tid from this site TW-Comander.
I do drag and drop to my TiddlyWiki and i only can import a tiddler names Untitled with the link to the same site.

Anyone know what it’s not working?
Or any alternative to delete many tags at once?
