How to get the title of the tids in sight exclude those who just show part?

Check the image I get five tids in sight. But you cant see the title of the first tid.

What I want is to get the names of the tids except the first one which not show the name.

After I get the names I can easily edit them without the mousing clicking which save a lot of time. The one cant see the title means I dont want to edit it.

That sounds difficult.

The Official Dynaview Plugin has an example that can detect when an element (tiddler?) has been scrolled on or off screen. Perhaps that code could be adapted to your use?
