How to disable all messages?

Hi people,

I am hacking around at the TiddlyWiki core and someone pointed me to this site. I love it, but two things disturb me:

I am irritated by all the messages in the top right menu. I can not remove them, the “Dismiss all” button on tab “Notifications” in my options is grayed out. Where is the option to get rid of / disable these messages?

I also do not want to receive so many e-mails from this forum, 32 last week. One for every newly created post by someone I do not know. I would prefer to only get a message when someone mentions me or answers to a post I created. Could someone point me to the related settings?

Ok, I think i just figured out how to do that.

  • Uncheck “When I don’t visit here, send me an email summary of popular topics and replies”

  • Remove “Diskussion” tag under “Watching first post” in “Preferences” → “Categories”, press “save”.

I still do not know how to dismiss the messages under the tab “Notifications”, but whatever.
