Question: How should I make an additional button with a different Filename, for example …

Why? Making explicit periodic backups is good?

Clone $:/core/ui/Buttons/save-wiki and you can customize the save filename in this section:

You can change the text attribute of the wikifywidget to tiddly-titch-(BACKUP-<<now>>) to change the filename.

Customize the name and description of the button by changing the caption and description field.

For anyone interested—I will invoke the button for that “Backup Save” on startup by using a $:/tags/StartupAction/PostRender tagged tiddler.
