Help with Filter Adaptation

In a previous discussion Filter/Macro/Plugin to get Duplicate Links from Tiddler?

I would like to use the method suggested by @etardiff in TestingListFiltering tiddler.
While this lists all ingredients for meals/recipes in the Meal Plan tiddler and shows the ingredient with respect to each Recipe, even when there are multiple recipes
E.g. Reworked African Chicken x 3 days
I would like to revise the filter so that

  1. A list of All Recipes [tag[Recipes]] regardless of whether they are shown in the Meal Plan
  2. All ingredients listed ordered by Recipe Title

How can this filter be adapted to so that my filters can be achieved?

I have managed to adapt the filter so that I now have

  • A shopping list for a single recipe can be made without the need for it to be listed in the Meal Plan - See Shopping List from Almond chicken curry
  • A seperate Shopping List from Meal Plan listing only recipes on the Meal Plan

I would now like to be able to list the ingredients in the Meal Plan (listed in blocks per recipe and not as common ingredients showing the recipe title) and to remove the preparation notes.

Can anyone offer any help please.
