Has anyone made a fancy on/off slider in Tiddlywiki?

I do not want to reinvent the wheel, has any of the css wizards approached this?

Thank you @CodaCoder , this is a good point to start to build a checklist widget.
When I tried to build this myself, I found that it was harder than I thought to get all centered.
