Has anyone developed a process for exporting the content of a TW into Substack, or at least in a format that can be imported i.e. Tiddlers to posts … ?

Interesting. Everything I’ve heard in the last year or two is about people leaving Substack mostly because of their lack of content moderation.
I don’t have any experience, never having published on SS. But according to their docs, you can import from RSS. And there have been various discussions here about generating RSS. I haven’t needed that, so I’ve never looked closely.
