Edit-comptext is possible to view a field during the search?

There is a way, using the edit-comptext plugin to search a field e.g. “caption” viewing the result and have the final result of a link in the uni-link format?

Really the second step is not necessary using the uni-link configuration to default to caption…

The real important step is to see the caption during the search becouse this is the real content of my search the title is only a unique reference without meaning as you read it

In the tiddler $:/plugins/snowgoon88/edit-comptext/config you can change the template for the pattern [[ from [all[tiddlers]!is[system]] to [all[tiddlers]!is[system]get[caption]]. However, now the output of the autocomplete will be a link targeting the caption. If you want to output a macro, just change the pattern, start and end in the template as well.

I have no idea what uni-link is so cannot comment on that part of it.
