Edit comptext combine list results?

Would there be a way to combine the items in the list results of edit-comptext plugin (link) so that they all appear in alpha order in one list? Or at least eliminate the line break between the current two lists?

I did find and eliminate the <hr> in between the lists. But they are still separated by a space. An unnecessary extra step when choosing from the list, to have to navigate over an <hr> or extra line break.

I should add that what is most annoying about the default, is if there are no results in the first autocomplete list (hits where the search string is at the beginning of the tiddler), but the tiddler you need is the first item in the second list (other tiddlers with that search string in the title), you have to still navigate over the <hr> at the top of the list before getting to the link.
