Dropping an external link to a TW

Hi,

When dropping an external link to a TW, the import mechanism creates a new tiddler with the URL as text.
Is it possible to have it create a new tiddler with the title of the web page as tiddler title and the URL in a field ?
I’ve searched the discussion group and there are several similar topics but could not find the answer.

Do I need to modify the actual import or is it better to have a dedicated tiddler with a droppable zone that would be customised to the task ?

Which is a TW plugin + Browser plugin. I am using it an a daily basis.
