Do you use Timimi? If so, do you also use timimi backup?

I’ve been using it for years on Firefox, and I plan to keep using it for as long as possible.
It’s the easiest way, in my opinion, to use single-files tiddlywiki, and I use them a lot, as the portability of a single file was the main reason for me to get into tiddlywiki in the first place.

But I don’t use the backups, I prefer to manage them by myself, manually.

timimi is (to me) the easy first choice for saving locally. i use it at home for any personal wikis that i don’t want to put on tiddlyhost. the hanoi backup method is fantastic.
unfortunately my workplace blocks most browser extensions so i use twexe at work (which also works great but slightly more complex to set up, and doesn’t work as well when running multiple wikis at once due to port conflicts).

I use Timimi. I don’t use back up.

If you can run twexe then you can run executables (which is usually the thing workplaces block). Which means you can run webdav via rclone. If all your wikis are below one directory then they can all share the same port number.

Also, if your phone can use your workplace wifi, then you can also serve up your wikis from your phone via a webdav app (there are at least two for Android).
