I have just pushed a small change to the documentation submission edition which removes the need for loading external libraries from a CDN by packaging them into the plugin itself. Hopefully this will help those users who have run into problems with access to the CDN.

Now that this has been in use for some time, hopefully without bigger issues, I was thinking maybe we should:
- mention it in the Improving TiddlyWiki Documentation tiddler.
- add a link to this edition in the pink ribbon on tw-com. Currently it looks like this:
The external link leads directly to editing of the .tid file of that tiddler in GitHub repo.
It would be trivial to add another link that leads to the given tiddler in the docs submission edition.

Thank you @vilc, those are great suggestions.
A PR from @pmario that updates the “sources” panel to point to the PR maker was just merged. It would be good to add a tiddler specifically about the PR Maker, and link to it from both places. We should also link to it from the “Improving TiddlyWiki Documentation” tiddler.
