Changes to chromium will disable browser extensions

Google has started to phase-out v2 extensions

Extension needs to be updated to continue working with chrome and other chromium based browers. Firefox usage is not effected.

Extensions affected are timimi savetiddlers and savemedia and tiddlyclip

@buggyj is the updated savemedia add-on ready for release

@arunnbabu81 the new functionality of savemedia will need a new version of the tiddlyclip plugin.

@buggyj, I’m still using TiddlyDrive with good success. Do you know what extension TiddlyDrive is built on, if any?
